Our custom rotary filling and sealing monoblocks will meet your liquid or dry packaging needs. Our MTMB-24 is capable of:

Automatic or manual product load systems
Filling a variety of liquid or dry products
Cup sealing, cap torqueing, tip inserting and tube crimping
Printing for lot#, expiration date, bar codes, etc…
Labeling option for some applications

MTMB-60 Filling and Sealing Monoblock

Our custom rotary MTMB60 monoblock is designed for larger product applications such as K-Cup packaging. Our MTMB-60 is capable of:

Set up for 4 cups per index
Vertical magazine type manual cup load
Filling liquid or dry products
Filter forming and insertion station with powdered unwind units (4)
Presence sensors for all functions
Nitrogen flushing enclosure to obtain 5-10% residual oxygen level
Automated lid placement and sealing stations
Discharge conveyor as an option
Printing for lot#, expiration date, bar codes, etc…
Vision systems for QA
