MTVP160 Vertical Pouch Packaging

Our smaller frame vertical form-fill-seal pouch machine is great for sachets, sample pouches and other unit dose pouches in production. Our MTVP160 is capable of:

  • Forming, filling, sealing, perforating, cutting
  • Automatic filling of liquids, powders, capsules, tablets, among other products
  • Multi-lane applications to do multiple pouches at a time
  • Registration for pre-printed materials
  • Printing lot#, expiration date, bar codes, logos, etc…
  • 4-sided sealing

MTVP200 Vertical Pouch Packaging

Our larger frame vertical form-fill-seal pouch packaging machine is also great for sachets, sample pouches and other unit dose pouches being produced. Our MTVP200 allows for a larger web width and more lane possibilities. The MTVP200 is capable of:

  • Forming, filling, sealing, perforating, cutting
  • Automatic filling of liquids, powders, capsules, tablets, among other products
  • Multi-lane applications to do multiple pouches at a time
  • Registration for pre-printed materials

MTHP150 Horizontal Pouch Packaging

Mactec’s horizontal form-fill-seal pouch packaging machine is great for unique pouch applications. Some applications include packaging for transdermal patches, edibles and medical devices, among others. Our MTHP150 is capable of:
